Ass.-Prof. Dr. Benedikt Harzl had the honor to welcome – as one among other speakers – all participants on behalf of the Director of CEELES Univ.-Prof. DDr. Bernd Wieser. In his remarks he presented CEELES as a scientific institution which is always interested in international cooperation and encouraged the participants to reach out to the Center. Both Harzl and Ms. Inga Zelena, mag.iur., LL.M., M.A. then participated in the forum with presentations (in English) reflecting on the topics of "Regional Integration and the case of Belarus" as well as "Features of the Ombudsman Institution in Ukraine's Legal System").
