From 17 until 20 September, Dr. Jürgen Pirker (Institute of Public Law) and Dr. Benedikt Harzl participated in the conference "The Transformation of Intractable Conflicts" at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA. This international event was dedicated to the challenges and problems of "inter-active problem solving" along the example of different conflict spots from Palestine to the Caucasus. Benedikt Harzl was a discussant at the workshop on Eastern and South Eastern Europe.
