25 Years of Legal Development in Romania

Within the scope of the project "25 Years of Legal Development in Romania", overview articles of approx. 15-pages in length on the development of constitutional law, administrative law, civil law, commercial law, criminal law, as well as on labor and social law in Romania have been written by predominantly local authors. On the one hand, the academic articles provide an overview of the development of the relevant field of law, while, on the other hand, take stock of, as well as report on reform attempts and, in particular, disclose desiderata of a reform. All six articles are collected and published in the issue 3/2017 of the Journal "Osteuropa-Recht". Professor DDr. Bernd Wieser was the project's coordinator.
