Governmental Systems in Eastern Europe
Within the scope of the project "Governmental Systems in Eastern Europe", a number of 20-page overview articles presented and systematically compared - on the basis of the Constitution, but also on the constitutional reality - the competences of the President. The aim here was to start an inquiry into the issue on whether the countries in question have a parliamentary system of government, a presidential-parliamentary system, a parliamentary-presidential, a semi-presidential, a presidential, a super-presidential, or a yet another system of government. All contributions were published in the Issue No. 3/2019 of the journal "Osteuropa-Recht". This project was led and orchestrated by Professor DDr. Bernd Wieser.
