Ongoing Constitutional Developments in Ukraine

The ongoing developments in Ukraine are not only a hot spot in the European politics. They bring with themselves a constitutional crisis, which is epitomized by the struggle over constitutional reforms. These developments must be analyzed in a scholarly and dogmatic fashion: it is one of the upcoming projects of CEELES (Centre of East European Law and Eurasian Studies). the Project leader is Professor DDr. Bernd Wieser.
