Specific administrativ law of Ukraine

The project “Special Administrative Law of Ukraine” is a textbook project together with professors from Uzhgorod University. The 220 pages give in German an insight into the most important legal areas of special administrative law in Ukraine. Since there is not yet a system of special administrative law in Ukraine, it will be based on the German-Austrian knowledge. The book will be published in German by Verlag Österreich and Berliner Wissenschaftsverlag. The work will be published in an expanded form in Ukrainian by an Ukrainian publisher and integrated into the student training program at Uzhgorod University. The project supervisor is Professor DDr. Bernd Wieser.
