10.6.2011: Conference with Rectors of the Public Administration Academies of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan

In co-operation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (Munich) a meeting was held with the rectors of the Public Administration Academies of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan who are part of a programme sponsored by Hanns Seidel Foundation to support public administration education in the three countries. The rectors discussed the idea to introduce a “rule of law” course into the curriculum of their respective programmes. In addition, the rectors were very interested to discuss how the co-operation between the Academies could be strengthened by the REEES proposal to hold a moot court competition in the area of rule of law. REEES was asked to prepare a draft curriculum for a rule of law course.
