The textbook “Special Administrative Law” (ISBN: 978-617-554-043-5; https://www.oldiplus.ua/osoblive-administrativne-pravo/ ), written in Ukrainian, by Univ.-Prof. Bernd Wieser (University of Graz) and the Ukrainian professors Yaroslav Lazur, Tetyana Karabin and Oleksandr Bilash (Uzhgorod National University) in 2022, was published on December 14, 2023. At a meeting of the editorial and publishing committee of the Uzhgorod National University and the Competition Committee, it won second place for the best textbook of 2022 in the “Humanities and Social Sciences” category. This work is the first textbook in Ukraine that uses a specially developed presentation system to cover the formation and development of the sub-areas and institutes of special administrative law in Ukraine in Ukrainian language on around 450 pages.
