3.10.2011: „Commentary on the Constitution of the Russian Federation“

The research project „Commentary on the Constitution of the Russian Federation“ (Projekt director: Univ.-Prof. DDr. Bernd Wieser) was aprroved on the FWF meeting on 3 October 2011. The manual to be developed is a team work in which almost all important representatives of the German speaking Science of Eastern European Law will participate. Almost thirty authors from Germany, Austria and Sweden will take part. The participation of scientists from the Anglo-American area was waived on the one hand, for in this legal circuit there does not exist any scientific tradition in commentaries on laws and constitutions. On the other hand could a sufficient large circle of contributors be won that should guarantee a speedy completion of the work. For comparable reasons also no Russian speaking scientists have been involved.
