On September 18, 2020 Professor Bernd Wieser participated in the International Science Conference "The Reform of the Political Constitution" which took place in the premises of the Hamburg Federal State Representation in Berlin. He gave a lecture on "Even after the constitutional reform, the super-presidential system of government in Russia?". The conference with speakers from Russia, Germany and Austria was in a hybrid form and was met with lively interest. About 30 listeners in present and up to 80 participants online attended.
