Dr. Benedikt Harzl is one of the winners of this year's research awards of the Law School at the University of Graz. He was awarded this honor based on his editorship of the volume Unrecognized Entities: Perspectives in International, European and Constitutional Law (Brill Nijhoff, 2021). This book represents the result of a two-year research project in which outstanding legal scholars explore various issues revolving around unrecognized territorial entities. It is unique in its focus on the constitutional law of the entities under discussion.
